Oomies is a fun, texture-based organizational system for special needs classrooms. The Oomies system includes 2 steps of texture associative organization. Designed in Solidworks, rendered in Keyshot.

Here's how it works: 

1. A writing gripper or adhesive sheet of texture is cut and applied to a classroom object (like scissors, markers or a colored pencil box).

2. Once that texture is applied, it now has a corresponding box with that corresponding texture/color on it which the teacher can assign certain objects to based on the textured associative system.

These textures not only help visualize the system of organization, but also aid in soothing overstimulation associated with sensitive students.
